Well I am logged in, and all I can see under that menu is Podcaster/Evite/Image/Uploader/DNN CPR/Skins. Under the DNN CPR menu is "CCP Documentation".

Ok, I've downloaded and installed the control panel. It seems to have been installed ok. Next problem: there doesn't seem to be any images in my zip, so I can't see what each radio button is supposed to disable.

It grabs the images from your root images folder. If you are using this on a local test environment (like http://localhost/dotnetnuke) then you wont see the images because it accesses the images by using /images/whatever.gif. Install it in production and it will work fine.
